Best dealer for work in AZ?

I know i have the choice of two dealers in AZ. I bought my car CPO from Scottsdale. I changed my own oil and they won't even reset my service due warning because I did the work myself? I just want a future reference just incase I decide I mod my car at all and need some work done...

I get all of my work done at Audi of Peoria but can not say how they would handle that. They have been good to me so far. You could call my SA Almir and ask him.

Are you talking about your service interval alert/timer? Weird... try talking to Jason at north scotts... always been good to me. If the dealerships won't touch it, there might be a walk through out there on how to do it with vagcom or something. Worst case you could always take it to part score or Goodspeed - I'm almost positive they could reset it for you no problem.

Tuning Gruppe in Mesa took care of me. Yeah it was weird. I called and spoke with someone in the service department. I explained that I did my own oil change using the OEM filter. Also replaced the air filter and cabin filter with OEM parts. I was basically told that they don't know exactly what I used and some techs won't touch it. That's all. Didn't offer to help me at all past that. He explained that I could come in and get it serviced next time and they would do it. I was kinda taken back by their attitude. Like am I really going to use some sh*t super tech Walmart oil or something? Cmon now.

How much does an oil change and maybe tire rotation run at the dealer here? I know I'll have to take it in at some point just curious what kind of quotes you all have gotten.

I do the prepaid service plans and its always part of it. Sorry do not have an exact price. I found the prepaid is much less than their over the counter price.

I too have audicare so I'm not sure how much they charge for an oil change. I would just call and ask. But if it were me, I would take it to PS or GS and have them do it. I only got audicare bc of the dsg flush. And I let discount rotate my shoes for free :)

I just asked via chat at Audi N Scottsdale for the price of an oil change on an A5. It's $159.95. Also, was trying to change my air filter the other day and after loosening the hose clamp I can't get the hose of off the air cleaner box for some reason, it's like it's glued on or something. I asked the service advisor who I've dealt with for all of my Audicare appts in the past - $65.00 to change out the air filter (I'm supplying the filter).

Thanks for the info! Good to know Audi N Scottsdale's quote. Seems like good speed is the way to go.

Also, Audi N Scottsdale has a offer on their site that they will honor competitors service coupons until 12/31. Audi Chandler has a coupon for an oil change that you could use and N Scottsdale:

$99.95 Synthetic Oil & Filter Change Special*
Change synthetic engine oil (6 qt. max.).
    Install Audi Genuine Oil Filter.
Check and top off brake, windshield washer and battery fluids.
4-cylinder gas engines only; other engines slightly higher.
