2004 Audi A6 4.2 - $3,500

2004 Audi A6 4.2L V8 engine. Has a dented front drivers side fender from a hit and run, and I made it a little uglier by pulling it out so it wouldnt rub on the tire. 190,XXX miles. brand new tires and battery. Heated seats, sun roof, the works. Everything besides the fender about this car is cosmetically perfect.
Mechanically, I replaced both rear O2 sensors and I am getting a code for a delayed response.
The transmission makes a weird noise when shifting (it is the Automatic Tip FUL transmission)
