Brake replacement process question

For those who have replaced their front and rear brakes separately (the front brakes generally wear out before the rears), have you had any issues with brake noise or performance?

I will be replacing my pads and rotors with OEM (I love the bite) again and my rears have 2mm more than the fronts. Last time, I replaced with OEM, used Brake Quiet gunk, and went through the bedding procedure resulting in little to no brake noise. I am concerned those results will change if I do not change the rear pads and rotors at the same time as the fronts. If I only change the fronts, should I go through a bedding procedure? Your feedback would be appreciated.

I got my car used with fronts replaced only without issue. So I recently upgraded my rears and everything is still fine. I don't see why you wouldn't bed the brakes even if its just new fronts. It won't hurt the rears.

mine too had new fronts put on just before purchase. Rears look to be possibly original. no issues.
