A5/S5 Belly pan / splash shield

This was off my 2009 Audi S5. I worked on car, took it off and never put it back on. This is OEM Audi part. If your shield is damaged, get it from me cheaper. 150 SHIPPED IN CONUS. PM ME if interested b/c I don't read this forum b/c I have an s7 now.

There are no large major cracks through it. It has some of those round clips and some are missing.

is this from an automatic? I believe there is a difference, from manual and auto.
