I have decided to sell these wheels with tires as I found a set I want to move forward with. The tires on them are brand new just replaced at the dealer in which I would describe as 10/10 in terms of condition. In regards to the wheels I would say they are 8/10 with some curbage from the previous owner but easily fixable or if you're planning on powdercoating them anyway this be a great set to purchase. I live in SoCal so local would be preferred but I am not against shipping them that would just be extra. Let me know and I will be uploading photos of them later today.
