As far as I know ECS doesn't sell just the rings, but they give a discount on a new set to the original owner. My front pads are coming up for replacement soon, they are down to 30%, but I think the rotors might be good for another set, so I probably won't be able to take them up on their discount, but if I end up getting new rotors, I can let you know about the cost. You can hit me up, too, if you want to see the rotors in person. I think they look awesome, much better than the OEMs and it doesn't bother me that the rear looks different. The rear caliper is different anyway and if you had gotten the OEM carbon ceramic fronts, they would be different, too. I think having different rotors on the front visually underscores that they are really doing most of the work.
Here's a close-up. Don't have a side shot that shows front and rear. As for the cost, I had Griffin in Berkeley install mine, along with SS lines and better fluid. With parts and labor it was about $1500 for the front. I put on matching Hawk pads on the rear a couple of thousand miles later. Still have the original rear rotors. The rear really doesn't do much work. My rear pads still have more than 75% left. I do recommend you put matching pads front and rear. I noticed that the brake balance was off with Hawks on the front and OEM pads on the rear, not to mention that the front wheels stayed cleaner a lot longer while the rears turned black within a few days.
