Pretty vague question. You may get flamed for not using search, but whatever.

    Do you have a tune?

Typically guys are using BKR7E's or 1 step colder for tuned car.

And you'll also get the suggestion for the Bosch tri-electrode plugs for a tuned car. Which I've been wanting to try.

The number in the plug part# is the temp. So 6 is 1-step colder than 7.

I would try the NGK BKR7E's they're cheap enough to swap out at every oil change interval.

^^^ Complete opposite. The higher the number on the NGK plug, the colder it is. The plug that you run will depend on the boost level you are running. If it is stock, stick to BKR6E since the plug will burn the fuel more efficiently and you will avoid detonation. My rule of thumb on Nissans, if it is above stock boost, run colder plug. Also, play with the gap. .32 is the optimal as I have found. My SR20DET runs same plugs as my AUDI BKR6E stock.

Run regular coppers. Coppers burn the best and produce the best power, although, they burn out the quickest. Cheap enough to replace them, though.
