Is this a fake S4?

Hi all! I've been eyeing this vehicle from an auction list for several days now and I am completely stumped as to whether this car is a 2003 B6 S4 or an A4 spec-d out to look like a S4.... There is barely any info on the vehicle other than these pics I've received, and I really want to know exactly what this is, thanks in advance!!

I'd bet that's an A4.

A4 seats and A4 cluster with no S4 door blades or or things when you open the door that I can't remember the name of.

That's a Plain Jane A4.

Why would you think it's an S4? There's nothing S4 about this A4, except maybe trunk spoiler... and even that's debatable.

Door blades, door sills, steering wheel, bumpers, mirror caps, grille. Unless they just didn't like anything from the S4 and swapped out.

Definitely an A4. First pic alone says it, no S4 badge on the front grill, lower grill is too thin, front bumper is not an S4 bumper else you'd see a filler plate, and I don't think the S4 was available in this color.

This reminds me of a thread that popped up in the B5 forum several years ago. Some sketchy dude in Detroit was selling a very rough B5 A4 as a "3.2 V6, non turbo, 5-speed S4" with an S4 badge on the trunk that literally looked like someone had hand-made it from tin foil. A bunch of people started trolling him about it and it turned into a total circus.

But he has all the rs4 parts fitted. Such as; crank, pistons, wheels, brakes, mirrors, splitter, carbon trim, flat bottom steering wheel. He mentions parts that aren't there or aren't real lol.

Oh yeah I kind of passed it off as poor wording but he does appear to claim to have rebuilt his 4 cylinder engine with "mostly RS4 parts." Not sure that's possible.
