Oil leak

Does anyone know why exactly theres oil (assuming some coolant mix) in the pipes coming out of turbo, smic outlet and in throttle body. Does this mean that turbo is going bad or leaking or something else, on my 2003 Audi A4 B6 1.8T?

Is that an air intake tube ?

Its oily in the throttle body, oily in the outlet of intercooler, and out of outlet of turbo. It has perfect compression but when I rev engine, light white smoke comes out of exhaust and can smell oil out of it.

Seals my be out in your turbo pushing oil all the way through to your intake
