Anyone familiar with these (Items 4 and 7)? Neither the heads on my current engine or replacement engine seem to have any so wondering if this is an older design that Bentley shows? Also, there's an unused port on my new heads at the rear near the coolant pipe connections. They are open whereas the heads on my current engine are plugged with what appear to be metal balls. Are these some sort of EGR ports and if so, is there a block-off fitting I can use? Thx
