Does WMA3000A Tune2air draw power when car turned off?

We have a 2016 Q5 and just purchased a Bovee WMA3000A Viseeo Tune2air off of Amazon, to stream music over Bluetooth.

With the car turned off and locked, I noticed the blue LED on the tune2air was still on. Does anyone know if it is continuing to draw power? Since the tune2air is in the glove-box, I do not know if the device eventually powers off. Could this be because the glove box was open which turns the glove-box light on, thus powering the adapter? I just don't know.

I am just concerned that this will drain the battery and we will get stuck. Thanks for your help.

and no the drain will be so miniscule that you won't have a problem unless it's a very long time sitting(if continues) or if you have a bad battery which a 2016 you have some time
