I have had my A4 B9 for two weeks and Audi connect is unresponsive both from web site and dealer, they keep pointing fingers at each other, I have loaded app on IPhone and my Imac still the Mac says I am connected but my phone app says not! I called the 800 number and they will not help, has anyone out there had the same problem?

No but do a factory reset on the mmi and start all over again, the wifi menu is on the Telephone tab.

Now try to explain everything again, what is it that you need exactly? Wifi hotspot or app features? To use the app the dealer has to verify your account for you. After that you can log in with the credential they create or the ones you created already.
