    Carista app launch control counter

    Quick input for those with carista. Is this accurate? Just ran a scan using carista app. Bought the car used with 16000 miles last March and hopefully this is accurate. TIA.

    I purchased mine with 18,000 miles... Carista said "2" and I personally launched twice.

    It stops allowing launch control.

    from what i've read the launch counter is used as a diagnostic tool. I.e if you come in with a blown transmission at 2,000km and your launch counter is at 200, they could claim abuse and deny a service claim.

    Yea I asked my tech, he showed me launch control and I asked him what if I blow the tranny doing this? His exact words were "meh, Audi put it there"
