Looking for scratch removal for my S4

A mysterious scratch has appeared on my S4 that I need to get dealt with. Looks like it's just in the clearcoat, so I think a good detailer could take care of it? Does anyone have any recommendations for someone in Toronto who can do this?

Have you tried anything yet? That doesn't look too bad and similar to scratches that I have removed with some Meguir's Ultimate Compound from Canadian Tire. If you want some more advise, jump over to the Detailing Forum on here and ask Phil@ detailers domain what he thinks. He may have some other options that will work.....

I was talking to one of the guys at the last JRP track day and they were looking at bringing in this product to address chips and such. It reminded me a lot like the Langka paint chip repair but supposedly better.

As for buffing it out, my rule of thumb is if you can slide your fingernail across the surface gently and the fingernail catches onto the scratch, it's probably a bit too deep to address with a course compound (then later followed up with a finishing compound). The one scratch looks fairly deep.
