ECM software update as of 9/21/16?

Seeing a "recommended" ECM software update "Manufacturer Campaign (09/21/16)" on the list for my upcoming service. Car is a 2013 MT.

Any intel on this one?

Short version: If you are in Cal you have to do it as they will check it when they renew your tags. If you are tuned you might want to wait doing it as the tuners need to release an update for it. If you are stock then you might as well do it but it might delete some of your VCDS settings if you've changed them.
