best to access headlight washer pump

What is the best way to get access to the headlight washer pump? Many have said to remove the front bumper, but I think it seems a lot work to do it that way. Can I good access to it via the inner wheel covers on the driver side?

You can squeeze your arm down to it if you take the driver's side headlight out. It's tight, but you can remove and reinstall by feel.

I thought about that, but it was impossible to unplug it and my hand got cut up by the sharp surrounding parts. That's why I thought if the access to it via the inner fender well was better than taking the bumper off.

I do headlight and reaching up from underneath in tandem

I just removed the plastic belly pan cover. Got full access to it now.

Make sure the reservoir is empty before removing it (or dont keep your face under it, it freaking burns when you get a drop in the eye, dont ask me how I know) and change the "oring" washer when replacing the pump.
