    Losing boost and shuttering

    Hey guys,
So since I've gone stage 3 with SRM K24s my car has been "screaming" at around 20psi, it sounds like a jet engine is the only way I can describe it. So I figured it would be a boost leak, which I did find and fix but it's still doing it and now once I hit 20psi it drops to 15 and if I stay WOT it shutters so I let off. When I first got the car back together it would boost 27 psi but still screaming, now I can't get past 20 for more than a second.
I've pressure tested the car atleast 10 times and am unable to find any other leaks. I've replaced the tbb, diverter valves, bi pipes, and ic hoses. I also made sure the wastegates were opening at the same time, around 15 psi. At WOT my afr is super rich, about 9.0. I'm running a base tune from Blake
    Car runs perfect otherwise.
New plugs gapped to .026 and coils.
If anyone's got any other ideas I may be overlooking I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Sounds like an exhaust side leak. Could be between turbo and manifold, manifold and head, or CHRA and turbine housing.

What pressure have you pressure tested to? I had a similar issue after I installed my K24s and SRM intercoolers. The upper clamp at the intercooler was not fully tight causing a loud whistle noise similar to a failed turbo. Once it tightened the shit out of the clamps the noise and boost leak was gone and had stayed gone.

Everything is tight, but it could be the manifold to turbo metal o ring. Really don't wanna pull the motor again 😞
I tested going up to 30 ish psi
