Does anyone use the same pads and rotors for track and street?

If so, I was wondering what pads you are using and what kind of compromises you are experiencing. I need to replace my pads and rotors for the street but I am also going to start tracking the car and don't really want to get 2 sets of pads and rotors. I currently have Stasis/Alcon front brakes and stock rear.
    Thanks.

I run EBC YellowStuff pads. It maybe a S4 but I have RS4 front brakes and bigger 330mm rear rotors. My wheels are always dirty but it will stop on a dime. Don't hear any brake noise over the loud exhaust, suspension creaking, and radio.

Make sure to run high temperature brake fluid.

AP Racing front rotors and Ferodo DS2500 pads all-round.

DS2500 is a composite that works well on street and track.

I ran EBC yellow only when I had my RS4. Lots of track days on them. Same story for another local. They won't give you track pad bite, but they get the job done and are rotor friendly.

I've used both DS2500s and yellowstuffs on past cars. Not as effective as pure track pads, and noisier than street pads but damn usable in both scenarios.

I run the StopTech Street Performance pads on both street and track. Definitely an improvement over stock, and works reasonably well in both driving situations.

Would you guys say the EBC YellowStuff is a better choice for street & track? I don't dislike the StopTechs, but if there's something better out there, why not.

+1, I also use StopTech Street pads on the street and track. Have 8 track days on them and they definitely get the job done. More bite than OEM (and they don't dust as much), but I don't have experience with other pads. Also wondering what else is out there.

I switch pads and keep the same rotors, however after my first 2 track days I was getting a lot of heat checking on the rotors around the drilled holes.
Track Pads - Carbotech Xp10 , great initial bite, very predictable torque, havent faded them yet. Will squeal a ton on the street
Street Pads - Factory, never used on the track.
