    Hey guys

I've currently got a stage 1 silver 2001 S4. I've been slowly going through and getting some of the major maintenance points done (replaced both front driveshafts, spark plugs, front wheel bearings, tie rods and lower control arms, fixed a vacuum leak in the door locks, did a full timing belt job, and replaced the alternator and battery after the alternator broke and ran my car at 20+v instead of 12...)

So far upgrades I've done are:
-Porsche 996 BBK in the front with drilled rotors
    -SS Brake lines
    -Vogtland coilovers
-Eurodyne Stage 1 tune (car came with it)
    -Vibrant catback exhaust
    -034 X34 Air intake
-034 Motor mounts and snub mount
    -710n diverter valves
-Lightweight power steering and alternator pulleys
-OZ Superleggera 17x8 (15.9lbs rims) with Pirelli P-Zero Rosso 45/225
-034 Rear sway bar and end links
    -Boost Gauge
    -ECS 2.0T Coilpack conversion
    -034 Shift knob
    -ECS Silicone Boost hoses
    -034 TBB

Parts that I have that still need to be installed are:

    -SRM SMIC
    -034 Billet 044 Drop-in adapter
    -SSAC V3 Downpipes
-ebay short shift kit (still not sure if I'm gonna install this)
    -034 Transmission mounts
    -034 Strut mounts
    -Oxygen sensor

I'm still trying to figure out what turbos and clutch to run. I'm looking to make 400-420whp, from what I gather a k04 setup with 93oct + meth should be able to push those kinds of numbers. I have 94 octane readily available around me so hoping to get a custom tune for it. I'm having trouble deciding between BW K04 (either new or get a pair rebuilt) or something like the F21 or SRM K24 (seeing as they are the same cost as the SRM k04). My brother in law is an Audi Mechanic so he's always pushed me to stay with as OEM parts as possible, wondering what the power gains from an F21 or K24 turbo setup on a similar intake/exhaust/injectors would net) and whether its worth risking using a less reliable turbo setup. Looking for input or other suggestions I may have missed.

The other question point is the clutch, I've had a couple possibilities flying through my head, Southbend Stage 3 and a resurfaced dual mass, B7 RS4 Luk from rockauto and TTV Flywheel, or going with the local clutch company, Bully. I haven't seen much about them being used in S4s, but I've heard lots of good things from people in mostly jdm cars, Bully would probably be the cheapest and if I have any issues they are local so no need to ship the clutch across the border twice. I;m usually pretty easy on the clutch, but I would like to be able to launch it occasionally, not really sure which clutch option would really stand up to that. Any input would be appreciated.

Other than that thinking 550cc injectors, 85mm maf housing, bosch 044 pump, meth kit, bipipes (probably just get SRM bipipes) then choose whether to spray meth in the bipipes or intercoolers (got SMICs with bungs), what else am I missing?

I suggest a main goal of good parts and tuning for a car that runs well for a long time. It's painful to have to open it back up. A place to start might be figuring out who you want your tuner to be and setting up the car using their guidelines.

A proven clutch might be the best choice. And IMHO get it running well on upgraded turbos without meth before installing it.

I have had two PJ K04 cars and was always satisfied. I was DD biased so did not do meth. My second one dyno'd 402awhp.

Thanks, yeah I was hoping to get a tuner invloved before purchasing my turbos maf injectors to see what direction they wanted to go with it. I'm located in Ottawa, Canada so I'd either be looking for someone in Canada or a good remote tuner, any suggestions?

As far as meth goes, I'm still unsure about it, as mixing it at my current apartment would suck and I can't seem to find any local sources for Boost Juice, and I can't get it shipped across the border.

Another thing I've been looking at upgrading is my Steering wheel. I've got a couple possibilities floating around in my head, the first being a 350~mm Sparco Alcantara wrapped wheel, I'm kinda of hesitant because of the airbags, however I currently have an airbag light on, so not sure if they'd even deploy anyways. Other option is to get a B5 wrapped wheel from Reggie, a little more expensive. Finally I could go with a new Audi wheel, however I'm not really sure which Audi wheels will fit (Do all Audi steering wheels use the same spline?) and which ones are single stage airbag. Wondering what newer Audi wheels people have swapped in and gotten working? Trying to keep it under 500$
