Starting a full S6 Avant conversion to RS6 Avant shortly. What modifications would you do if you were in my shoes? Thanks in advance for any and all thoughts.

AMD stage 3+ clutch will take anything you throw at it and will last for a long time, work and feel like stock clutch and hold all the TQ you will ever need unless you're going 1000hp or something like that... and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
