So I'm trying to research to this using higher than a 180mm overdrive pulley for dual pulley setup.i want to run a 189 or 183mm at least but from what I've been told you have to shave the block to clear the 7 rib OEM style belt if over 180mm. Is there any specifications or specs it needs to be shaved to to clear or maybe a write up on this can't find any info on it

You can just file it away like Swank did see post 1 in that thread for details: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...lopment-thread

It is a very minor modification and not required if you run a 6-ribbed belt.

Contact Fluidampr or S4matty depending what direction you are going. (Fluidampr or KA)

They will take care of you and provide everything you need. Just let them know you want to run a 6-ribbed belt.
