    Need a smaller belt!

Hey guys I have a custom tune, smaller pulley, and intake on my 2015 s4. I've been having issues where under quick revs or 3/4 to full throttle acceleration the car makes a high pitch whistle/screeching noise. To make a long story short I recently replaced the tensioner and put a new belt and the noise went away. With just the new tensioner the noise was still present but the addition of the new belt fixed it temporarilY. The noise is back again and my shop told me I need to get a smaller belt. I read some other forum posts and everyone says that with a pulley kit the stock size belt is put on because they are very similar in size. Maybe I'm making too much boost and the belt I have has too much slack on the initial hit? Anybody have any ideas and can anyone tell me where I can get a smaller belt? Belts aren't expensive and It wouldn't hurt to try a smaller belt in my opinion.

I'd get a bigger crank pulley to even things out.

    What size pulley?

All of the smaller crank pulleys use an OEM sized belt, the difference is easily enough for the tensioner to pick up.

If you are having issues check your pulley install, it should be sitting all the way back on the SC snout.
