Longer wheel lugs with stock wheels

Maybe Jason from ecs can comment on this. If I take off my flush kit will the longer wheel lugs work without the spacers on stock peelers? I've tried everything under the sun to not have vibrations and I still get it. And I threw away my stock lugs. Thanks.

have you tried 10mm up front instead of 8mm? The 10's have much more of a lip. I'll never go less than 10mm for spacers again. I remember reading somewhere if the bolts don't hit anything behind the hub, you should be good.

I haven't tried 10s just the 8s. The only time I get vibration is if I'm over 60mph and I mash the throttle it vibrates. If I'm just cruising at 80 or any Mph there hardly anything. I don't know if I want to waste the monly just to have it vibrate still. I was even thinking about taking the fronts off and leaving the rears to see if it was just the fronts.

Don't do it. My brother did this accidently and the lugs basically machined away at the wheel bearing causing it to fail. His situation was slightly different in that he used the wrong seat bolts for the wheels which caused them to install deeper than expected.

The fronts that come with the flush kit are 35mm what are the stock length? It should be fine since they all are ball seat

I would be doing some measurements first and a test fit. You need to figure out how far the bolts go into the hub and how much, if any, pokes through the back of the hub with the spacers installed. Then see if you have the additional clearance for them to turn in that much further.

Yea I was gonna run one in prior to doing it without the wheel or spacer on to see how far it'll go in. If all goes well I'll probably leave the rears spaced and the fronts stock it'll look super staggered but it may look good. If not I'll just take the rears off and sell the kit.

Sorry but if it primarily only vibrates when you mash it then it sounds more like a bad engine mount then spacers.

    Stock are 27mm.

As others have said, you'd want to check for clearance at the hub. They can poke through, and cause damage.

It only vibrates though when at higher speeds. If I mash it around 20 or from a dig its fine until I reach 80 or so and starts to vibrate

Just go with the 10mm. Call ECS and tell them you're getting vibrations and they should send you the 10MM.
