strange clicking sounds from under hood when going up slight incline & turning right

when approaching company parking lot through an other lot, there in a rough area of broken drive way that is on a very slight incline. As I crawl though at a very slow speed I hear clicking noise coming from engine bay area on driver's side.Sounds like clicks you get when you open unlocked drivers side door when in garage. Any thoughts? I only seems to get this noise coming to office drive way and no other place.It also happens coming in to company drive way from other side, but this happens less frequently. Has it something to do with engine control system? or some thing else. I know I will not be able to duplicate at dealership.

The clicks you hear when powering up the car electronics as you open a door or something is the throttle body checking alignment/seating. What you're experiencing while driving slow should be suspension related or possibly ABS, since that is on the driver's side under the hood. At some slow speeds and as you go beyond a certain speed, some clicking is heard (usually one or so). Without actually hearing it, it's a guess at this point.
