Hello people i'm trying to purchase a set of OEM carbon fiber mirror covers for my A6 does anyone know a part # or where i can purchase them from? i checked Audiusaparts.com but no dice,i also found a used set but they don't have lane assist cutouts...

Just curious if you are indeed looking to spend thousands for OEM CF caps/mirrors or if aftermarket will suffice, there are lots of options for exponentially less money that will give you the exact same appearance. There was a used pair I saw sold yesterday on Ebay for $1000.

I prefer OEM due to fitment and quality, i've seen some aftermarket covers and the fitment is close but not perfect and overall longevity like fading or clear lifting or turning yellow is a concern.. i don't want to spend coilover/wheel money on the covers but if that's the only option i'm stuck.

You will most likely be spending coilover money for OEM. OEM+ had some RS7 CF covers (covers, not mirrors) for $4500.

Yeah I see that.. it's funny when I had my Lexus I said when I get an Audi I was gonna purchase from Oem+ since it looked like they had a nice variety of Oem upgrades it kinda sucks they went under but things happen..

On another note German parts are really expensive.. I'd be half way or close to finishing up a Japanese car with mods.
But like they say you gotta pay to play😂

i have the MTM WING MIRROR CAPS CARBON FOR AUDI A6 / RS6 - They're OEM carbon coated by MTM. I love 'em. check 'em out.

The quality is great, they start with OEM parts and treat the pieces to prevent UV yellowing. Fair pricing, as compared to Audi and folks in the US that do this work.

You may have to wait awhile. BKS will quote 3-weeks turnaround, but it's more like 5-6 weeks. I believe they have more business then they can handle any faster. That said, I'd rather wait longer for a piece that is top quality.

I have these guys fitted to my S7. Quality part, and definately on a par with the OEM ones.



I wrapped the lower half of the mirror, since the caps are for the upper half only.

Alex at Europrice can source OEM mirrors that are layered with CF by Neidfaktor for between 900-$1000 shipped from Hamburg. Takes a long time, but outstanding fit and finish. Similarly, you can just go to the Neidfaktor website. They are a bit expensive, but far less expensive than going directly thru Audi. I plan on getting a CF rear diffuser thru them and pondering CF layered exterior door handles as well

With side assist (option code 7Y1):

Left: 4G0 857 527 E (PR-6FQ+7Y1+7Y5)
Right: 4G0 857 528 E (PR-6FQ+7Y1+7Y5)


Without side assist (option code 7Y0):

Left: 4G0 857 527 D (PR-6FQ+7Y0+7Y4)
Right: 4G0 857 528 D (PR-6FQ+7Y0+7Y4)
