    I have been watching this one on eBay for a while. The price has moved all over between $240-325ish with some of the eBay discounts, but $300 for a used one when a new on is $399 isn't that appealing IMO.

    I wouldn't agree. I was going to post up one for $300 shipped. If there is nothing wrong with the part saving anything off the brand new price is a great deal. In this case it would be $100, maybe taxes and shipping cost if any. Seems like it's the same reason people by cars with 5k miles on them instead of brand new.
    Just my opinion.
