Which is why i have included all service history from Day one on this car and have provided a walkaround video of it as well. Please read through, your questions will likely be answered below. This is a US Spec car that is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Since its an american car, it will not have any import fees and you shouldn't have any issues bringing it over to US.

Other things to know:
Car had the front bumper resprayed and now has Suntek film installed on it. The rest of the front has the stock 3M film.

A recent 2 stage polish/cut compound was applied and the paint was then sealed. Frequent applications of Collonite 845 wax thereafter.

Interior leather was treated and cleaned recently.

The car has some decently heavy tint on the windows.

Comes with 1 set of Audi rubber winter mats, 2 sets of summer mats.
I have records and receipts for all parts/services on this car and can provide contacts for all mechanics who worked on it and the previous owner.

If it's an ex-US car (as yours is), there are no fees at all, just have to fill out 2 forms and have the CBP officer verify the EPA sticker (under the hood) and DOT/NHTSA sticker (on the base of the driver's side B-pillar). It literally took me 5 minutes when I crossed from Saskatchewan to North Dakota. Then the buyer would pay the usual state registration/title fees when they register/plate the car in their home state.

If the car was Canadian, the buyer would have to pay import duty, which is a little more than 2.5% of the value of the car (usually, the CBP folks will pull up Kelly Blue Book or use the Bill of Sale price). Technically (on a Canadian car), the buyer is supposed to pay the Gas Guzzler tax on the vehicle, since Audi would not pay the US Gas Guzzler tax on a car originally imported to Canada. However, several people have told me that CBP isn't usually aware of this fact and doesn't collect the Gas Guzzler tax.

well in that case the process os even easier then i thought! theres virtually no difference buying a US spec car in Canada or a US spec car in USA. other then the long drive home of course haha

Thanks Again Fourplay for all the Info you gave me it was really Helpful in making me decide, I ended up using a Customs Broker since I did not want to travel all the way to canada and ended up paying an extra 1200 including shipping to Seattle from where i arranged for pick up again. Its still good saving when you compare it to cars state side.
