    Just got quoted $650 to have control arms replaced. Is that a normal price for that type of work

    Uppers and lowers? A kit is usually $400 on the low end. I would find out what brand parts he's using.

    Depends on what parts he is using. That is without a doubt not OEM parts. There are a lot of crap brands floating around, but FCP has a solid reputation on the forum. I personally would get their kit, then pay the labor to have it installed. FCP has a group-buy going on for the 5+ years, so youll get a better price as a AZ member.

    That price just for control arms, both sides, parts and labor? Uppers or lowers or both? If it's parts, uppers and lowers, plus labor than that seems reasonable to me depending on 'what' parts.
