    Tune2Air and iphone 7

Just connected my iPhone 7 . I had the skipping issue with my Tune2air and previous iPhone 6. Surprisingly, it seems no longer be an issue with the 7 . Drove twice now for 15-25 minutes without any skipping, steaming Pandora. I wasn't using my Tune2air a lot because the skipping became annoying. Plus I listen to a lot of FM talk sports radio. Wonder if anyone else has noticed a difference?

Great to hear, but I'm thinking it may actually have more to do with iOS 10 and corresponding BT update...

My reasoning behind it is that the MMI BT is now behaving like its supposed to, ie; when I ask for it to call someone in my phonebook, it now dials the number right a way, instead of it asking me which "line" to dial (for some reason, it always had the same number as 2 different entries - one with dashes and one without). Go figure.

Wonder if others have experienced this behavior or can confirm Tune2air is now skip free?

Well if you turned the MMI Bluetooth connection to your phone off then there wouldn't be any skipping with the Tune2Air. I keep the MMI Bluetooth off unless I wanna make a phone call and I'll just turn it on then but that's because I don't quite talk on the phone, I see how some people do a lot of talking on the phone while in their car, business or what not, I haven't tried with ios10 yet but I will in about an hour to see if skipping still there with both connected

    Tune2Air and iphone 7

Still skips on iPhone 6S with latest version of iOS 10

I will note that I never experienced a horribly annoying skipping as some have described, but it does happen every so often.

I started basically this same thread in the A4 forum. I upgraded to iPhone 7 and all of skipping I had with my tune2air on my 2012 prem+ disappeared instantly.

It's actually made me less anxious to upgrade to a B9 as the lack of decent bluetooth streaming was my absolute biggest annoyance with my B8.

My 6+ skips once in a while in my B8. If it gets really bad I just remove the Tune2Air and plug the phone in via the lightning cable adapter. I get Pandora to work either way but is tricky with the lightning cable adapter. My 7 will be here next week so I'm hoping the skipping will go away.
