EGT temp

Hello all,

Just picked up a P3 gauge. Wondering for those that have one what does your egt usually range in? Current mods revo stage 1 roc euro intake and awe track exhaust w/resonated down pipes.

Mine usually shows 1300-1500 or so. What are you seeing?

Same range. Wondering if the heat has any correlation to proper air fuel ratio. Especially now with that service campaign for our cat being to sensitive. Also having a tune would egt be affected?

In a way I'm glad to hear mine is inline with less modded car. Unfortunately I got the P3 after I was Supercharged.

What are your other numbers your getting? Boost? IAT? What's your best time 0-60?

on my 2010 A5 2.0T with a 6spd manual my p3 guage says boost spikes to about 17-20 psi depending on the load and what gear im in and then tapers down to about 5psi as a approach redline. does that sound right for a stock 2.0T? my EGT are anywhere between 1250-1600 and today i seen IAT when moving at 60 in 6th gear where at about 80F when the outside temp was low 60F today. i am woundering how accurite these numbers are mainly the boost cause that seems really off to me.

My ranges are pretty much where I'm at except my boost peaks around 13.6psi. Would the values of boost be different between a turbo and a supercharger?
