which 21'' wheels fit?

I am looking at 21'' wheels. There are two options: 21x9 or 21x10.

Which wheel fits on lowering with air suspension w/o rubbing and requiring rolling of fenders? Then next question is what tires to fit? Sorry, I'm wheel-stupid.

What offset are these wheels?
I'm running 21 x 9.5 on 275/30/21 with no issues. However i'm not lowered.
front offset is 43mm and i added a 10mm spacer - still no issues
rear offset is 34mm and i also added a 10mm spacer - no issues

I do not know what PCD and ET mean. I believe ET is the offselt that you are talking about. Like I said, wheel-stupid.

What would you suggest I pick and choose for lowered and almost flush wheels? Rt now I am on stock 20''s lowered with 10 mm in front and 12 mm rear space.

Niche on an S6 isn't the best way to go.

These are 21x9.5 et35 with 265/30/21 Michelin PSS, one off built to C7 S6 specs, only 25lbs for a 21" wheel is fairly impressive.

I dont care about the weight. I like the look of those niche wheels.

You might care when it makes your car slower and handle differently, and you'll certainly care when you bend or crack one. Those wheels are sold pretty much exclusively on Ebay for a reason.

21X8.5 SQ5 Speedline wheels et33 + 10mm spacer = final et23 which is perfectly flush. Equivalent to 21x9 et29 or 21x9.5 et35

I might but the car will be tuned and if they crack they are cheap enough to replace.
