Well I guess the honeymoon is over. Brought my A3 in for the first service and the next day my steering column lever doesn't work anymore. I went to lower the steering wheel and heard a pop, now I can't raise the steering wheel I can only telescope it. Next day I have a annoying rattle coming from the centre vents. I saw another thread about the rattle but has anyone else had the steering column issue?

Just found out I need a new steering column. They manged to get the wheel un jammed but it's grinding and they don't know why so they decided to replace the whole steering column.

Oh and they gave me a q3 and I'm dying driving that gutless thing lol
