Hello guys I recently installed some Solo werk I'm running 19x8.5 35 offset and 235/35/19 I'm wanting to change to 245/35. Is anyone running anything similar and experience any rubbing, reason I'm asking is because I've been experiencing sidewall damage with this size tire. Looking to get tires by this weekend. 2006 Audi s4

    Thanks in Advance
    Edgardo

    Depends on your ride height.

I've used 235/35R19 for 10 years. That is the most exact match for overall diameter (almost perfect). You need better tires! I suggest Michelin Pilot Super Sport. I have never had one issue in all these years. Make sure you have the right air pressure for this size also!

You also want a 95 load rating on the tires. These are heavy cars.

+1 for this. I ran 235/35 x19 for a long while. No issues

If you're going one size wider and not wanting to raise the car, you're gonna hate your life. You might even get more sidewall damage because of rubbage issues. It does depend a bit on your offset but if you're keeping the same wheels, then maybe not the best idea.

Edit: I guess I misread and you actually don't want to stay as low as you are. If you raise it up, you're probably fine. The only issue is I doubt you'll find 245x35 tires with the right load rating. Going from 91 to 93 will still be better though
