spherical sway bar end links klunk

im getting a klunk in front and the rear now that i have solid sway bar end links. is this normal? i cant see any obvious loose parts or improper installation. this is frustrating, i thought i would be way solid but every time i hear a klunk it gets under my skin.

ok so we took care of the control arm klunk, we took care of the coilover spring pre-tension klunk (assuming there was one) and the only thing left imho would be the vibration transmission via solid links.

    any opinions?

Just throwing this out there-it may not have any bearing whatsoever-- but have you tighten down the bolts associated with the steering underneath the battery box? When I was trying to troubleshoot my front end clunks, that was one thing I remembered being suggested that I would've never thought. And it was loose by about a half a turn.
