3 inch Down Pipe Hitting Sub frame

I had a GTX turbo installed and ever since then the DP is hitting the sub frame while I am stopped in gear.
It is hitting the flex pipe part to the frame. Is there anyway to fix this?

I installed the new stage 3 Down pipe universal and no more clearance issues.
The flex pipe on the old DP was so much bigger like the picture on the first post.

Below is the new flex pipe that is on the new DP and much smaller and it is over all better made.
So if you have the first release of the Gtx turbo and it hits the steering rack, get the new one.
