Question Can I stop fan from going on high when car starts?

Is there anyway to stop the fan/ac/heat in the car from automatically going full blast EVERY time i start my car?

I have a B8 A4. Doesn't matter what setting it's on (AC/Heat/etc), when you start the car it automatically goes up to 11, or basically full blast. It's absolutely ridiculous, and unnecessary. I can't explain how obnoxious it is to have to turn the fan down every single time I turn the car on.

Is this something i would need a vagcom to hack?

    Thanks!!!
