I have an MMI screen availible extracted from my 2014 parts car. a lot of times these screens get scratched and the dealer replacement cost is absolutely rediculous. this one isn't perfect, but it's damn good. this particular car didn't have Nav, but I think all of the screens are the same, but that's why I included a pic of the PN for checking compatibility.

I also have the complete silver MMI trim/dash piece surround with no scratches, and the non-Nav style climatronic with a perfect (unscratched) face on it... feel free to hit me up if that's something of interest
