Did they make different fuse panels in 2002

We just picked up a another 2002 for my daughter for first 5 speed car. Bought it cheap do to little problems. Long story short opened the fuse box to reset the cluster to see if the gas gauge works at all. Well while in there noticed that horn fuse not in there but works and other fuses missing but everything works. Checked this with my 2002 and I have the fuses installed. Even checked the horns and they are factory no wire fixes etc. If anyone has 2002 can they take a pic of their panel that has where the fuses go. So I can cross them with both the cars I have. Also noticed that abs light comes on after you turn on the lights. When first starting car I hear a click and abs off but turn on the lights and it clicks off. Drove the car with the lights off no problems turn on the lights and abs comes on. Checked all the wiring but didn't see any issues.
    thanks

The fuse boxes are the same. What options individual vehicles are fitted with, will determine the fuse locations, and which positions are blank, or occupied.

Also bear in mind, the fuse panel is not a separate part, they are integral with the dash / fascia harness, so the part numbers will depend upon the rest of the car, and the factory options.

yeah that photo is nothing like the fuses in that car. I have one of the fuses that say7.5. That one is located 3rd row middle. on the fuse box plate do you have the sticker that shows what each fuse is for. The one that came with that car doesn't have one. Has the numbers molded in plastic but not the sticker. very strange. also one of the fuses on the left hand side at the top has the horn fuse. Well this car doesn't have a fuse in the horn slot but works. Ive looked and no jerry rig wiring that I can see from other owners.

for the headlights someone installed an aftermarket HID kit it sounds like, slap some H7 bulbs back in the headlights or lookup the headlight ground fix on here to see if it solves your problem

seanf86 think you might be right because when following the wiring noticed the large black connection on the drivers side up front. There is a large red/black wire that has a burn hole. looks old.
