This is a partial turbo kit from a B5 A4. I had it installed for a season, I decided to go with a pagparts vbanded system, mainly for ease of maintenance and serviceability. I blew a few gaskets out too and that pisses me off. Arnold at PPT also assured me that his kit be more robust. With my car being a track car, I need something that is easy to work on and low maintenance. This kit has gaskets, and nuts and studs, which are a pain to remove and reinstall. The "kit" includes:
One Garret GT30 size T3 inlet/4bolt outlet flange turbine housing, .63AR
One CTS turbo 1.8T bottom mount exhaust manifold with 39mm wastegate flange
One set of custom stainless ARP studs/washers/nuts for fastening the turbine housing to the manifold
One Precision PW39 wastegate with all springs, and gaskets and mounting screws
One 3 inch T304 Stainless downpipe, custom to this setup. it fits perfectly, all you need is a flex coupler and connectors to the cat-back. The downpipe has 3 O2 bungs and 1 1/8NPT port for an EGT sensor
PLEASE hit me up with any questions. I would love for someone to get some use out of this, all you need is a couple of gaskets and studs/nuts and a GT30 size Garrett turbo and you are off to the races.
