Hello,
I have audi A4 2.0 tfsi 162kw CAED 6spd quattro.
My problem with my car is. Both cooling fans doesn't want to stop turning. When i start the car cold. The fans immediately start to turn like crazy. Even crazyier. When i open the door. I first hear the fuel pump and then the fans start turn for 3 seconds and stop. When i then push ignition on (engine on) they start to turn. And they keep turning until 3 - 10 minutes engine after stop ignition off.
If i read with vcds i have 1 fault cooling fan1. MVB says fan1 10.20% and fan2 0%. I went to audi garage. They tell me cooling fan module is faulty. I order new module. The problem stays. Then changed airco pressure sensor. Because this could be olso a reason audi tells me. Problem not fixed. So now i am to the point. I have no answer to my problem . I checked the signal wiring from CFM until ECU. red/white and red/green. With my vcom meter there is no voltage on the red/white and 12v on the red/green. If i set it on DC. If i set it on AC i have no readings. Is there another sensor that is telling my ecu that the engine is to hot?? Or what could it be. Some fuse?? Some sticky relay?? But i have no 100% correct info where all this is located. Maybe i am searching to far? Or my ECU is broken?? I now drive without fans plugged in. I have P3vidi to observe my coolant temp when i am at the traffic lights.
I will post my auto scan asap.
Does anyone have an id for my problem??
regards
