    Dyno: FrankenTurbo F21 on E85, Motoza tuned: 277awhp / 309 awtq

Took my A4 to the dyno on 9/30/16 as Motoza seemed pretty confident the tune is "done".
Dyno is a Dynapack (connects to wheel hubs), and ambient air temp was about 82 degrees.

Relevant mods at time of dyno:
    • 2001 A4 1.8TQM, 126k miles and stock engine (except upgraded rods)
    • FrankenTurbo F21 kit (non-mixed flow, purchased June 2014)
    • Motoza tuned with switchable maps, running E85 currently
    • Bosch EV14 750cc injectors, seeing ~75% max IDC. Stock 4bar FPR.
    • Deatschwerks DW200 fuel pump
    • engine has I.E. connecting rods, and tune accommodates them
    • 3" MAF housing
    • 3bar MAP sensor
    • Treadstone TR18T FMIC, 2.5" cold-side and 2" hot-side piping
    • 034 3" HFC
    • 2.5" custom cat-back exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers
    • B7 RS4 clutch kit with ECS Tuning RA4 flywheel
    • the car's tune is conservative enough that it doesn't see more than 1.5 degrees of knock on any cylinder at WOT
    • car hits 25psi, but tapers to prevent MAF readings from going much above 240 g/s to improve turbo life

As you see, max torque shown is 1270 ft-lbs; this is the direct reading from the wheels. To get engine torque, you divide that 1270 by the drivetrain reduction (4.108:1), and that's how 309 AWTQ is calculated.

The lesser dashed lines are from a prior dyno 2.5 years ago. That was the old FT F4H turbo, and on 91 octane, and with a clutch that I believe was slipping.

You're basically talking about 800brake hp, and 1277 brake torque... pretty sure you just divide by like 1.25 for drive train loss right? 309 would be like single wheel torque if you're dividing by 4.xxx.

Maybe I'm just really confused about what's going on here...

    Not too shabby! Solid numbers.
I hate it when my car acts like a little bitch, treating me like a bitch

This is the explanation I provided in my original post:

Also the graph on the right is horsepower, which [interestingly] is corrected for the drivetrain ratio already. I went ahead and corrected the graph to make it more clear:

The car is quite fun to drive, especially with how little lag there is . I'm pretty sure it's faster/more powerful than my B6 with APR Stage 3+ [GT2860RS] on 91 octane... and the lesser lag of the F21 is quite noticeable around town.

Wow, very surprising. Do we have a new "best streetable" setup?

Makes me wonder how much better it could be if this were the Mixed Flow version. Probably not much, but I still wonder nonetheless.

It's awesome being in 5th gear on the highway at 65mph (~3k RPM), punching it, instantly hitting 25psi and getting to 80 or beyond before you know it. Keep in mind this requires rods & E85 though...

One of the greatest things about my S4, and it isn't even tuned.

Maybe I will out rods in my avant for this after all...

Awesome build, Metalman. We'd love to see a video of it in action sometime!
