2006 S4 Avant 6 Speed Manual w/ 73,xxx miles now offrered at $17,995

I am re-posting my S4 Avant ad with pics, more information and a price reduction. This is an adult-driven and well maintained example of the highly desirable S4 with the 4.2 liter V-8 paired to a 6 speed manual. 73,xxx miles. New rotors, brake pads and Continental ExtremeContact DW 235/40/ZR18 tires within last 3,000 miles.

Exterior is overall clean with a few small dimples, chips and scratches typical of a 10 year old car. Leather interior in great condition, as is carbon fiber trim.

Options include Bose premium sound, Sirius, homelink, power, memory and heated seats, xenon lights, auto-dimming mirror and compass, rear compartment cover, 1.25" tow hitch, all weather rubberized mats, and Thule "Aerobars" roof racks.

A true stealth wagon with explosive performance capability. Clean title and recent service records on hand.

Known issues (mostly cosmetic):

• Original owner traded out front Recaros for A4 seats from dealer for wife’s comfort ( I know, I know . . .)
• Left front quarter panel has a few shallow dents caused by a falling tree branch (hard to photograph)
• Front bumper has some sand chips; rear bumper has some scuffs and scratches
• Left front tie rod frozen but alignment is fine
• Driver’s seat bolster showing some wear
• Prior owner “plastic-dipped” front grill and badges in flat black—removable
• Minor “curb rash” on two wheels

Pros:
• Mechanically in superior condition
• Low mileage
• Zero chain or engine rattle of any kind
• Stock engine, drivetrain, and exhaust—no mods, so will pass smog anywhere.
