Looking for second opinion on '15 A3 pre-purchase

Hey guys, first post here, I've been researching A3's for a while and think I may have found the one.
2015 2.0T Premium Plus w/ Quattro, MMI, Sport Package, and Bang and Olufsen Sound. 42k miles, ~$21k.

Just looking to hear your thoughts on it, make sure there isn't something obvious with it that I'm not seeing.

Also, any recommendations on extending the warranty, doing it through Audi or a third party, or trying to make it a CPO?

Non S line?
Sport package, pre manufacture July 2014 I believe did not have the upgraded Sport Suspension so check up on when it was exactly manufactured...

you might be better off looking at brand new considering the new facelift is coming soon and their is some good incentive to get these ( as in new ) off the lot ?

what is sport package on an a3? you mean S Line?

Sport package included drive select, shift paddles, sport seats, and sport suspension.
