Fuel pump, maf, forge dv, and upstream o2 sensor new.
Sai removed with block off plate.
    Vac simplification done.

    First gear boost: 27+ psi
Second gear: all over the place building to about 10 and "surgy"

    Tested n75: 23 ohms

    Removed power from n75:
    First gear: 10 psi
    Second gear: 3-5 psi
    Third gear: 2-3 psi
    Fourth gear: 0-2 psi

The engine sounds lean especially after gear change. The turbo sounds "whisly". I've boost leaked and smoke tested the heck out of this thing. I'm honestly so fed up. This problem has been since day one of me buying this car. Thoughts? I might be able to get it data logged tomorrow but man I'm about to set it on fire. Boost pressures were taken from a obd plugin and using torque pro. Thanks in advance.

Get a boost gauge. I have the tq app, but only use it for small stuff. For example, do you know if the app takes away for atmospheric pressure?
I hate it when my car acts like a little bitch, treating me like a bitch

when you tested the n75 wa the engine cold or hot??I believe the max pec is 35ohms.This value changes with temperature. So if you tested it cold.Maybe you should retest hot.If its over 35 ohms replace it.
