I'm looking at doing coilovers/suspension work. But I have some questions. I have been looking at the Vogtland for months . I had them on a previous car and I loved them. I see they have two different sets available. 968114 (A4/S4) and 968116 (Avant). Being that I carry my tools for work in my trunk for work (HVAC/Pipeline) I'm curious if I could use the avant model to help handle the extra weight in the trunk. I'm also a huge 034 fan. I was on there site and see they have front upper strut mounts. Does anybody have them? If so how do you like them? Its a cheap parts which should be beneficial for a stiffer setup. 034 also has the adjustable upper control arms. I'm going to assume they would be a good upgrade so I can get the camber correct. Any other suggestions I'm all ears. Its a car thats daily driven. But I do like to have fun on the weekend. I do have the moog sway bar end links front and rear. But didn't see much of a difference. I also have the CR15.

I think the spring rates for the Avant are what separates the two kits? 300 Lbs. is a lot of difference from the two cars. However, I could understand if you carry a bunch of stuff....

I would stick with what is designed for your car. I have the Vogtland kit and love it! I just installed the SPC upper control arms: Love them too. Should save me some serious tire wear. Get them too.
