Need Winter tire setup for my Q5 19" or 20"

I need one of these 2 things ... please pm me if you have them.

Long story short ..... ( I ended up getting 19" 8.5 blizzacks tires from a pal who just got rid of his TDI so I have those tires . Hence I can either use the 19" rims or a 20" complete tire rim setup as winter beaters )!



1) 19" rims 8.5 (preferred black or machines or grey )

Or

2) 20" rims with winter tires on them
