Reset Button Disabled After Gauge Sweep Activated

I enabled gauge sweep via VagCom and all worked as expected except that the Reset button to cycle through various displays became disabled.
I manually changed the long coding back to original and gauge sweep inactive and Reset button working normally.
SW coding before change 8BB6.....
SW coding after change 8B01...(all other character same)
Any ideas?

Do you have same picture for byte 01(second from left)?
If bit2 inactive reset button probably will not work(maybe different options for flb8).

Thanks. I thought I had made sure that Bit 2 was active as part of my troubleshooting, but it was inactive.

Works with Bit 0 inactive and Bit 2 active.

Note: I am using a Foxwell NT500 scanner and not VCDS. I have checkbox options and hexadecimal readout, but not the nice graphical interface of VCDS. In retrospect I should have bought VCDS cable and probably will in the future.
