Set out to change the oil today, done is many many times on this car no problem. Get done and start the car up and it runs like garbage, flashing CEL, I shut it off and check to see if I knocked something loose and sure enough I did. There is a vacuum sensor of some kind right at the back of the intake manifold that came undone. It doesn't seem to want to snap back together but I didn't force it too hard. I see no clip that fell that's suppose to hold it together. What is this part and how do I get it to stay together and not fall open? Do I need a new one?

Sorry I don't why the pictures are rotated and upside down

You can superglue it as a temporary repair but consider replacing it with the new design that has a screwed on cap rather than a glued on cap. When you go to glue it take a close look at the cone side. There is a small rib that has to align between two ribs forming a slot on the receiving body. As soon as you take a look it will be very apparent.

Replace it. I did a temp fix on mine after a mechanic broke it when changing the rear coolant flange. I lost all brakes going 40MPH in traffic building up. I had to mount the verge and pull the handbrake (which did nothing).
