Took my Audi in for an inspection prior to listing it for sale. She's got 105,927 miles. The technicians found a number of things needing attention. My A4 had a coolant leak at the water pump, an oil leak at the camshaft "girdle", rodent damage to some wiring, and the incorrect aftermarket upper control arms were incorrectly installed and already ruined (Firestone Complete Auto Care sucks). $1621 in parts. $2080 in labor. $139.41 in taxes. $3840.41 total. Thank God I bought an extended warranty. I was only on the hook for $207 for the rodent damage, a sunvisor clip and a $100 deductible.
