Does the provided solenoid take place of stock solenoid? If so what about the ports the stock solenoid connected to?

No, It is additional.
It is a N75 valve that controls the DV.

Deleted: didn't realize the forge unit comes with a N75 and a DV.

The factory electric DV solenoid is separate from the N75. The N75 takes compressed air from the turbo and via commands from the ECU opens the waste gate to regulate turbo shaft speed. The DV s a way to depressurize the intake tract. Adding a vacuum based unit like forge you will need a boost tap. When the throttle body closes intake manifold will go into high vacuum this vacuum will be used to open the DV and depressurize the intake. In the picture it appears to have a dv next to the N75. The DV is further below, the only electrical part on the turbo.
